Meet the Founder
In 1989, Coleman Flaherty began his 16-year career as a registered stockbroker on Wall Street, working for notable firms such as Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers. In 2005, he left his practice as a registered stockbroker, founded several successful micro-cap newsletters, and assisted several companies in going public on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board and Pink Sheet markets.
In 2014, by way of some poor decisions, Coleman was charged by the Department of Justice in Boston for violating securities laws.
He pleaded guilty to Securities Fraud, Conspiracy, and Wire Fraud back in December of 2014.
At the time of the guilty plea, the sentencing guidelines for those violations were between 78-97 months. Coleman spent his post-conviction time proactively changing the narrative of his case. Taking advice from former Assistant US Attorneys, and FBI agents who have seen successful sentences. In June of 2016, Coleman received a non-custodial sentence of 1 year of probation to be served in home confinement.
Upon completing his probation sentence, Coleman launched several businesses and has even consulted for the Federal Law Enforcement in the US and Canada. His experience has led him to speak as the feature speaker in university classrooms, as well as consult on several high profile white collar cases in the last several years.
